From 1 February 2024 foreign citizens can electronically apply for a visa to enter the Republic of Serbia through the new "Welcome to Serbia" portal, which can be accessed via the link http://welcometoserbia.gov.rs/home. Through this portal, it is possible to apply for visa C (short-stay visa) and visa D (long-stay visa). A foreign citizen can also apply for a visa at the diplomatic and consular representation of the Republic of Serbia.
